Desserts at the Blomidon Inn

LUNCH is from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  DINNER is served from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

RESERVATIONS are recommended for lunch and dinner.

Autumn Harvest Desserts

The Inn features a seasonal component of the dessert menu. In a typical year there is the “Festival of Strawberry Desserts”; “Valley Summertime desserts”; “Valley Harvest Desserts” and “Warm Winter Desserts”. There is also always a page of “Other Desserts”.

The inn’s desserts are all “hand-made” here at the Blomidon Inn. Further, the inn’s dessert menus are structured to feature local agricultural products as much as possible and local products are used whenever it is possible.

Old Fashioned Strawberry Sundae

Homemade vanilla ice cream over fresh strawberries & chocolate sauce. Topped with warm strawberry sauce & whipped cream.


Strawberry Sorbet

Served with fresh strawberries & a hazelnut bark. Topped with crème de cacao


Strawberry Cheesecake

With fresh strawberries & strawberry sauce.
